Hi all,

I unfortunately cannot tell about anything :( of our project. But the problem with our oscommerce service is that:

people make orders, but some of them do not register (or appear) to admin view! I haven't noticed any consistency in this - in prices, they may pay with a different bank...

So - if any of you has come across similar problem - what has been the cause of it (so that we would have a clue what to look for).

I am not a programmer myself, so this message is probably really stupid, but just wondering if there has been any bugs or similar problems with oscommerce.

Please help me, if you come up with anything!

If you are using something like an old paypal module the cause might be that the user is not returning to your site after making the payment. There is a contribution somewhere that registers the order before they leave your site to pay for the goods.

What payment module are you using?

Thank you for your answer!!!!!(etc)

Well, in Finland we use the banks systems and I Know the fault is not in them - well maybe with us installing them - but some orders still go through? and it isn't dependent on the bank either... so it Must be some coding error...

the payments are like this - http://www.nordea.fi/Corporate+customers/P...ent/761034.html and we get a code from the bank to put to our orcommerce service... the fault occures somewhere when the customer comes back from paying this to bank.

Could it be an old version of payment system...??
