I got a order on the new webstore already but I never got a copy of the invoice just the payment so I don't know what to send.

 

Also, on admin not appear the order

Probably your customer did not return from PayPal to complete the order.

Try to install PayPal IPN which will will create an order before your customer leaves to pay

If you have problems with the PayPal IPN here is a nice contribution http://www.oscommerce.com/community/contributions,871

He holds the orders in admin so basically you get money but no order details you can check in admin what the order/delivery address etc is.

99.9% of the time it's still in their shopping cart. You can also sign in with a master password and check them out COD (Which I changed to "office use only"). I get zero complaints from customers doing this.

 

The only complaint I have seen about IPN is that since the order is written out first, you need to make sure the customer paid and the right amount. I'm just repeating what I have read. I don't personally use IPN.
