Hi,

Just installed my new osc 2.2rca shop.

I got a problem. Purchased product count is not always updating, anyone have a clue ?

Sometimes when a transaction is made, it updates the amount of products sold... sometimes not.

All transactions are made with paypal ipn, all transactions for now have been acknowledged automatically by osc because it received the confirmation from paypal.... but the product sold count doesnt always go up.

wtf??

I just noticed that transactions who are not added as sales are the ones who don't have a third row saying Processing and saying customer has been noticed, like this :

14/04/2009 09:05:01 False Preparing [PayPal Standard]

14/04/2009 09:05:01 False Processing PayPal IPN Verified [Completed (Unverified; XXX $)]

14/04/2009 09:05:06 True Processing

It only says:

14/04/2009 09:05:01 False Preparing [PayPal Standard]

14/04/2009 09:05:01 False Processing PayPal IPN Verified [Completed (Unverified; XXX $)]

so basically problem is that stock needs to be updated at the same time that the order is saved... not after the payment is made and the client is back on the shop....

rights?

probably its a modification in the checkout_confirmation.php page ...

Can somebody help me with that its probably one or two line of code, but i dont understand nothing in that file :)

you can set, change, add order staus in your admin

the paypal IPN module has a setting to set it as when you get an order

Yes i know i can set it and that its recorded when people go to pay and not after.

The problem is that the stock doesnt change, and the products_ordered number is not +1 or whatever the amount per unit sold.
