Guest Posted April 13, 2009 Posted April 13, 2009 I just switched hosts, and now customers are unable to log in. There are no error messages, it's just nothing happens. Any ideas on how to fix this? The people at my hosting company have been stumped for the past 2 days on this.....

The people at my hosting company have been stumped for the past 2 days on this..... Can you create a new account? If so, can you then log in after creating a new account? Trying to find out if you are talking about customers who set up accounts while you were on the old host or all customers regardless of what host you had when the account was set up.
L!mit Posted April 14, 2009 Posted April 14, 2009 Check your sessions setup. Sounds to me sessions are not being set/stored..

I can create a new account, but then cannot log in regardless of whether it is a new account or a previous account set up with the old host.

Guest Posted April 14, 2009 Posted April 14, 2009 Could it have something to do with using a shared SSL certificate? I used a shared one with my old host with no problem, but maybe osc doesn't like this hosts????
