You could log in to the catalog as that customer using Master Password and change it, or you could install and use http://www.oscommerce.com/community/contributions,4469.
Jack_mcs Posted April 14, 2009 Posted April 14, 2009 If it is a one-time thing, you could also edit the customers account in admin to use your email address and then use the password fogotten fature on the site to have it change the login and send it to you. Then change the email address back back to the original.
