OsCommerce - Multi-branch - POS - URGENT ! ! !

Hi Everyone

 

My question is quiet complicated and also I think interesting.

 

What do I have:

 

3 stores

1 warehouse

1 licence per branch of my POS not conected online or whatso ever.

(1 - online store in the building process.)

 

What do I want:

I want to have a Webbase POS, which integrate with my OsCommerce Store (inventory and pictures), and also I want to be able to have it Multi-Shops (also warehouse)

 

For the past 15 days I have been looking for it, but so far I havent been able to find exactly what I want.

 

I want to have a software web-based that aloud me to distribute the phisical inventory to my branches, so that my branches can replace the current POS software that I have in every single shop for a webbase one, but also that If needed they can reorder to the warehouse for goods that they sell.

 

I also want to be able to set up different users like Admin, Sales Clerk or Viewer,

 

I want the system to be able to send the shipping request to the store who carry the good or if in the case we dont have it in existence, to make a order for a supplier.

 

It would be good if in the case that the intert falls the transactions can still be made. (but not necesary)

I am looking for an OpenSource program, which I also want it if not free but easy to use or accesible with the price.

 

 

I installed the POS php point of sale (which frankly is great when you have 1 single shop)

I also look into nolapro which seems that will do what I need but then when I had look into it in more details it comes a complicate part of Accounting (which at this point is useless) and also i couldnt find a way to put it into work for multi-shops.

I also looked into OPENERP, which it looks good but too compicated for what I need.

I have also look in the option something called oscommerce-pos, but or 99 they dont give u enough information about it.

 

I would like to know if anyone with expertise or not, could help me out with this doubt that I have, I hope somebody can help me with it, I am looking for reply asap.

I have an online shop and a real shop and I need an efficient POS software or contrib to join both.

I tried the php_pos 1.1 contrib but several things are missing :

 

- Discount per product

- Discount printed on the receipt (I'm from Belgium, we legally have to put it on the receipt)

- Custom Receipt

- Using QTPro and want to choose the size when I add a sale. I need that the quantity change in the QtPro stock and not in the general stock.

- Encoding product by reference and not by name (easyier when you use barcode)

 

I tried to download the trial version of oscommerce-pos.com but the download link was dead. I tried to contact them to have some more information but no answer.

 

I also look for different solutions on several forum (nothing on the french one) and different research on the web but found nothing which can help me.

 

Thanks to share information if you find something new, I'll do the same.

This 3, I had tried and they work flawless, but there arent what I need in my case, but I would highly recommend the Php Point of Sale, is all open code, and if there is something specific you need to add, you wont have a lot of problem, all the code is easy to deal with. Hope I could help.
