Newsletter Preview shows perfect but when buyer receives is in standard font and no images

Why is that difficult to make a newsletter?

 

I need help

 

When I preview the newsletter I see that everything is perfect. Images Font Size all perfect

 

but then my customers receive in standard font and no images.

 

it only appears as in the preview the hyperlinks I put them

 

HELPPPPPPPP

 

Please someone to help me in easy, not in chinese.

 

I need simple step by step ways to fix this. Im not a html expert
