How to Add a Home link in Top Navigation Bar?

I want to Add a Home or a Blog link in Top Navigation Bar , for example, adding a bog tag and a home tag :

 

 

My Account | Cart Contents | Checkout | Blog | Home

You woul need to add some code in

 

/includes/header.php

 

As there are already links there tou can "copy" the code and adjust it.

 

You might also need to add text to /includes/languages/english.php
