loganp9000 Posted April 8, 2009 Posted April 8, 2009 I am about to lose my mind...... Seems like every piece of advice people are giving me on how to change the default text is totally erroneous. I have tried to intstall "define mainpage" They keep mentioning folders that do not exist. PLEASE, does anyone know how to change the default text on the mainpage? Where is the source? - everyone keeps telling me its in - catalog/includes/languages/English/index.php yet, I have no catalog folder and includes in root only has an en_US folder and a en_US.xml - the xml file has the default text, but changing it does nothing.... I am ready to pull my hair out. What is the answer to this? Why does the mainpage have text that cant be changed? PLEASE CAN ANYONE HELP? Where is this mysterious index.php file that can be edited to change the frekin mainpage text?????????
