bsnrjones
I just downloaded both your trustcommerce module and the other one which I think is put out by Trustcommerce themselves. Do I need to have both of these installed? It appears I do... I have them both installed, and on the customer payment screen it shows both of them as payment options. How do I stop that? Do I need to install anything else to get your plug-in to work? I get an error when I check out. Do I have to install the TC-link for yours? thefit
The module you downloaded that requires the tclink is different from my module which is a HTTP POST. My module is used for people who can not use the tclink. because the tclink has to be installed on the server, and if you dont have acess to your server to install the tclink you cant use the tcink. both of my Trustcommerce HTTP POSTs are basically the same. But one is for credit card orders and one is for online check orders. if you use my modules you do not need the tclink module
bsnrjones
Thanks for your explanation! Your contribution is exactly what I was looking for - I can't install the api on my server. But, I get this error at the end of the checkout process: Fatal error: Call to undefined function: curl_init() in /usr/hsphere/local/home/tactical/tacticalgearshop.com/catalog/includes/modules/payment/pmtrustcommerce.php on line 10 Any ideas? thefit
Lately i have been getting that error also. as soon as i figure out what the problem is i will let you know. It may be becuase the curl lib file is not installed on the server but i am going to really look into it.
Guest
cURL is a function of PHP 4, that isn't included as a default of the environment. (It should be included in PHP5). The cURL scripts need to be compiled on the server side. If they aren't your pretty much SOL. However, there is another option out there that I am looking at. Trust Commerce has many different modules and platforms available. One of them should work for you. Peace
