mkaczorsr Posted April 8, 2009 Posted April 8, 2009 I have tried to look around here and on the web but have had no luck so far. I just want to know what the p. , s. , c. means in front of products_id in your query to mysql and why you have to use it.
web-project Posted April 8, 2009 Posted April 8, 2009 p.product_id product_id filed from the products table. Please read this line: Do you want to find all the answers to your questions? click here. As for contribution database it's located here! 8 people out of 10 don't bother to read installation manuals. I can recommend: if you can't read the installation manual, don't bother to install any contribution yourself. Before installing contribution or editing/updating/deleting any files, do the full backup, it will save to you & everyone here on the forum time to fix your issues. Any issues with oscommerce, I am here to help you.
mkaczorsr Posted April 8, 2009 Author Posted April 8, 2009 I still don't follow what the "p." portion of p.product_id means.
mkaczorsr Posted April 8, 2009 Author Posted April 8, 2009 Ok so nevermind I found an example on w3schools.com and I get it now. Further down the line it tells you what table the "p." represents but in the actual code in OSC it is a global so I just couldn't link the two reading that section of code. Thanks for trying to help me understand.
