Easy Populate - Mysql problem with category 4

I ahve an issue with category number of digits used in the title, i think i need to increase the allowed number of digits used in my category tiles as the long ones list every item with that category title in the previous category ie cat 3, with cat4.

Can any one help me with the Mysql script i need to run to increase this.
