Own Account Shipping

In the checkout area there is a module you can install it's called:

Own Account Shipping

 

And underneath the title is the description:

Please enter your valid UPS OR Fed-Ex account number you would like to ship this order against in the comment area below

 

My question is, i would like to take out the Fed-Ex account option but no where in the administration control panel gives you this option. I have been poking around in the database but there is just to much info and takes to much time. I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction. i also did a search for the keyowrds like Fed-Ex, etc. in the php files but that came up with nada.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
