neolose Posted April 7, 2009 Posted April 7, 2009 Hi all, bit of a noob here so bare with me, but i have had a customer tell me he has logged into his account and be shown the wrong details, with someone elses name address and orders... also, i received an email with order information from someone who says they never ordered anything.. and didnt recognise the name and address in the dispatch/billing any idea what's going on? i assume it has somethng to do with the database?? But pretty sure nothing has been touched
