Is there a Module for DHL International shipping US-originating packages

I tried googling around to find this answer, but I could not.

 

Is there a module for shiiping via DHL for packages bound to international destinations originating in the US?

 

I know there is this package:

http://www.oscommerce.com/community/contributions,1440

but I'm not clear if it support international shipping.
