VAT/TAX problem

G'day

I have little problem, im trying to put price on client site including VAT 21% - Latvia but it doesnt work for some reasons.

Display Prices with Tax set - true.

And tax gods added to product.

 

But the shop zone is blank if something, cant choose nothing inside. Cant be becouse of it?

 

Price counting on checkout with tax like needed, but doesnt show on client site. Invoice is good everything is good except client site, price doesnt add 21% there.

 

Anyone can help with this little problem?
