Problem in STS transfering from live site to localhost

Hi,

 

I'm having some problem everytime I switch the site from live to the localhost. The images doesn't seems to be displayed, the css doesn't seems to load. I'm completely helpless and I really don't know why the STS behaves strangely when switching from live to the local server.

 

Please help me.
