Dan_ Posted April 4, 2009 Posted April 4, 2009 I hope someone can help me out here if possible please, I have installed the PayPay Website Payment Standard as a payment option by following the below instructions (which were linked to by these forums) http://www.omega-cottage.co.uk/articles/we...oscommerce.html I have followed all the steps and even set up a PayPal Sandbox account for testing. However when I purchase anything on my website the only option for payment is Cash on Delivery (using it as a test module as well) I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the module as well as copying the module from a new download but to no avail. Any suggestions would be appreciated. sorry mods I think I posted this is the wrong section, can you please move it to the Plugin Section
web-project Posted April 4, 2009 Posted April 4, 2009 pointless to install the PayPal Website Payment Standard, try better the PayPal IPN. Please read this line: Do you want to find all the answers to your questions? click here. As for contribution database it's located here! 8 people out of 10 don't bother to read installation manuals. I can recommend: if you can't read the installation manual, don't bother to install any contribution yourself. Before installing contribution or editing/updating/deleting any files, do the full backup, it will save to you & everyone here on the forum time to fix your issues. Any issues with oscommerce, I am here to help you.

Dan_ Posted April 4, 2009 Author Posted April 4, 2009 Thanks for the response. As a very basic question where can i download the module from? Also for the record I'm running version 2.2RC1 - is this the best version to be running? I've found the downloads and have played around by downloading the Australian Bank Transfer/Deposit module. I've set it up and filled out some test data and again on my website this option will not appear as a payment method even if it is selected! I now have the following 3 payment methods set up Cash on Delivery PayPal Website Standard Payments Australian Bank Transfer/Deposit Yet only COD appears as a payment method. Is it possible there is some sort of corruption in the payment modules and maybe I need to reinstall them? Any advice is appreciated.
