Customer Service Module

First: Thanks for all of your hard work. I love this community.

 

Second: If there a module related to customer service. So a customer service agent could take an order from a customer that already has an account without having to get their login info and do it manually? Basically, a customer calls CS, the CS agent takes an order under that account within the admin, the customer can login to their account later and see the order just like if they did it online. There's also the option to take an order from a new customer but that could be manual if a module doesn't exist.

 

If no module exists anyone suggest a good OScommerce programmer?
