Guest Posted April 1, 2009 Share Posted April 1, 2009 twice now in a few years order is completed but status comes in as MONEYORDER ... customer calls and complains stating they entered all their cc info and were worried that i might hold up the order. how do i trouble shoot this .. i see nothing in the authorize.net account with this customers last name either settled or not or declined. clint Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
