E-mail Notification when order submitted

When an order is processed through my website at www.policefireambulance.com ... I am not receiving an e-mail notification at all. I have had money sitting in my PayPal account and then I get a complaint coming in. OSCOMMERCE should be able to tell me that an order has came through shouldn't it??? Anyone know how to fix this. It appears as though it's all set up properly in the database.

I seem to have the same problem. I set the notifications to go to 2 separate email addresses when it first started happening, so i had the second address as a backup, it worked for a little while but now has stopped.

Looking forward to any replies.

In the extra orders field in the admin, don't format your email address the way the cart asks you. just put your email address as [email protected], not as Name 1 <[email protected]>. This fixed the problem for me!

The default works for me, and I have multiple email addresses in the send extra order emails to.
