Guest Posted February 3, 2003 Share Posted February 3, 2003 I don't have any solutions, but I did want to chime in that this is a great idea if you produce your own products or otherwise procure them at a low cost to you. A marketer I know named Dick Sutphen that mostly sells his own books, tapes, and CDs, uses the 'buy 2, get 1 free' strategam very, VERY successfully. Just make sure you allow buy 4, get 2 free, etc. You can move a ton of product like this, I understand. Basically, everything you offer, including a product guarantee, that makes the end customer go 'aren't they stupid to do this? doesn't that hurt them?' tends to succeed very well. :) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
