ahwood Posted February 2, 2003 Share Posted February 2, 2003 Since I can't find any docs, and searching through this forum hasn't turned up anything specifically addressing my problem, I'll ask here: Our osCommerce site will be offering products to Ontario, Canada, then to all of Canada. I'd like to be able to display the 7% GST (applicable to most of Canada), and the different taxes applicable to each province (8% for Ontario). ie: Product sells for $10.00 (in Ontario) - GST would be $0.70 - PST would be $0.80 - The total would be $11.50 Some provinces are 15%HST instead, and some are 7% GST + 12% PST (I think). I can confirm the taxes at my workplace's enterprise software. Is this possible in OSC, and how do I accomplish this? System Info PHP 4.1.2 on Apache 1.3.27 OSC Version 2.2 (I think, I did not install it, I'm administering it). Thanks in advance. ... No results for "canadian tax", "canada tax", or even "tax". Also, the osc site states that there is no documentation currently available. I did a search on the forums as well, and tried to restrict the search to canadian tax, but didn't see anything that could help. I will try again.
