Big Problem with PHP 4.3 and Postfix

Well, I just installes PHP 4.3 on my SuSE Linux 8.1 Professional with Postfix. Some times ago I wrote a very small PHP-Script which sends me an E-Mail by using the mail()-function. My ccript is working without any error or warning, but no mails are sent. I checked my mailaddy but it seems to be right. On the same System with PHP 4.2.2 my script was working without any Problem. I installed PHP 4.3 with mysql and apxs. Do I have to configure something for sending mails via postfix?
