Guest
I have been searching all day on the boards and I think I'm just doing something wrong here because I would have thought that this would be a relatively common thing. I have noticed that we've had quite a few people checking out where they order multiple of the same items. This ofcourse results in a follow up e-mail by the customer stating that they did not mean to order more then one of a particular item. After researching why this was occurring I noticed that the quantity is not displayed in the shopping cart. There is a box for the user to enter a new quantity and click the update button but if someone is actually ordering 2 or 3 of the same products the only way to tell is the price being incorrect. I'm afraid that some people may look at the inflated price and think that the cost of the item has increased on them instead of them not realizing that they just have multiples of the same items in the shopping cart. So my question is... 1 - Is there a setting in osC that changes this behavior? I've looked but cannot find it. 2 - If not is there a contribution that fixes this problem? Any help would be greatly GREATLY appreciated. Thanks again and I hope you all have a great day. Patrick D.
Guest
Mine shows the quantity and I don't remember having to change anything to make it appear... Maybe in the admin panel? It should be there though...
