I notice there is a way to make the table apply only in a certain zone, but my zones are per US State. I want it to apply to all US states not just one state. How do I do this? I dont want my table rates to apply to international orders. How do you guys do this? I also use USPS and UPS, but need to use table rates cause thats what google base supports and need it to work but it interferes with my international shipping. Thanx. mmmmmmmmmmmm.
