2checkout return path does not work properly

I am having the problem described in this thread on 2checkout's forums.

After going through the checkout process everything is fine until I get returned to my site. Instead of returning to the checkout success page it returns to https://www.2checkout.com/cgi-bin/Abuyers/purchase1.2c where it presents the login page with all images broken, and a message at the bottom saying:

 

Warning: Failed to write session data (files). Please verify that the current setting of session.save_path is correct (/tmp) in Unknown on line 0

 

I have all the return values on 2checkouts admin page turned on and pointing at checkout_success.php.

 

I hope someone can help me :)

Have you ever found a fix to this?

 

I am getting the same result, however I do not get any type of warning message. It just directs me back to the login page as a window in their frame (no images becasue of incorrect path).

I have tried SSL and NONSSL... I have "No" set at the 2CO site for return process, but of course I have tried "yes" with the .../checkout_process.php as the return target.

 

I have read and tested most "fixes" that have been posted here in the forums but none have seemed to work. i apprecite any updates on fixes! Thanks!!!
