qriusgeorge
So I wanted to add a product rating but I didn't know what would be easiest. My site is used to sell our company's hand creams, body butters, and balms. Each category or product has it's strengths and I was hoping to illustrate that with a rating bar. I would describe the rating system in the category description, and then have a bar rating system on the actual product page under the product picture. For example : CreamA (B, C, D, etc...) would be a 3 for thickness, a 5 for healing strength, a 5 for skin type sensitivity, a 2 on greasiness/absorption. Body Butters A (B, C, D, etc..) would be a 4 for thickness, a 3 for healing strength, a 5 for skin type sensitivity, and a 4 on greasiness/absorption. Balm A (B, C, D, etc...) would be a 5 for thickness, a 2 for healing strength, a 5 for skin type sensitivity, and a 3 on greasiness/absorption. etc... Obviously each product would have it's own rating value. So when people look at a product or category, they can easily see how thick it is, or how greasy it is, or how quick it soaks up, or the strength of the healing, etc.. My question is, is there a code that would be similar to a reviews rating that I should use, or should I just add a little graphic/image of a bar rating for each (category or product)? It seems like it might be a pain to put a small graphic placed under the product picture for each product. Any help would really be welcome.
