jeya Posted March 11, 2009 Share Posted March 11, 2009 Hi! i cant login in my account both in new user and also in return customer it worked good but now if i try to login with same Email ID and same password if i click forget password & enter my details :-it display new-password send to ur mail address- but i cant able to receive that message too It showing Error as below: plz hlp to correct this problem "Your E-Mail Address does not appear to be valid - please make any necessary corrections." plz hlp me... fb4u Posted March 13, 2009 Share Posted March 13, 2009 I have a smiliar problem. Just started today out of the blue. Customers cannot login. Neither can I with the test account I set up a long time ago. Can see in admin area that details are correct but email is not recognised when trying to login as customer.
