Darran Posted February 1, 2003 Share Posted February 1, 2003 :( Can any one help me with this one !!! when a customer go to set up an account, they get this message after clicking on continue Your email address doesn't appear to be valid I have tryed and no matter what format you put the email address in as it all ways retuns the same massage Your email address doesn't appear to be valid As any one hade the same prob and solved it ?? toolcrazy Posted February 1, 2003 Share Posted February 1, 2003 Just disable, Verfiy E-Mail Addresses Through DNS In: admin->configuration->email options This actualy isn't a OSC problem, it is a server problem.
