I can't see the orders made with online payment

Hi,

 

I have just discovered that when a customer pays with creditcard in my shop - I cannot see the order <_<

it is almost like it has never been placed - but in the payment module I can see the amount that has been withdrawn from the customers account.....

This makes it pretty difficult for me to see who has made the order and also what the customer has ordered - ior in other words - t is impossible!

 

If anyone knows how to solve this issue pls. let me know :huh:

Which payment provider are you using for your credit card payments. To get help people will need to know this
