Images change with the click of an attribute and stock unique to attributes?

Is there an add on or a way of having a tiny thumbnail displayed as the product attribute (for example a colour of a small red block/blue block to change the colour ordered from red to blue)?

Another thing I am looking for is for each attribute to have its own stock management. This is again seen in the above example. For example if I have a red and blue tee shirt in small and medium, i'd be able to say Red (5 in stock), Blue (3 in stock), Small and Red (2 in stock), Medium and Red (3 in stock)....etc..

 

If anyone has any idea how to do any of the above that would be great.
