Someone tried to use this method and their money is just hanging in limbo b/c we never set it up. How do I refund their money? Just delete the order or...? Fast help would be so much appreciated, thanks guys :)

Fast help would be so much appreciated, thanks guys :) I don't think their money is hanging in limbo, that module is to test certain aspects of the checkout process. Unless you have a gateway setup and a merchant account, their money should stay right where it's at, in their account. Just delete the order.
