USPS Methods install issue

After installing I go to my admin and activate USPS and its there with all the new options showing. But when I select EDIT, the whole thing dissapears and all thats on my screen is the different shipping modules.

Im sure I screwed up somewhere and will try again, but if anyone knows a quick fix that would be great.
