puddled
A basic links engine, which allows for users to add links to their site. A random link is selected from the database, and displayed in the left / right column. All links added this way are to inactive pending approval, Links can be managed via the admin interface. Currently no category support, so all links are displayed together, listed in order of most recent first. Any problems, queries, comments or suggestion, post htem here or email me dave@puddled.co.uk Quote Instant idiot......Just add mud !!

mazza
Here is an idea for further development. Making links work same way as attributes. You would basically insert links same way as attributes and perhaps have two different categories like "see also" for internal links (other products and articles) and "more on the web" for links to external sites. Then these would be attached to products and articles (for those who have integrated the articles contribution). With maybe switch to open these in same window or a new one, short desription and site name and address. rubygirl
can images be added in the description area for the link with html code? I have tried unsuccessfully and wondering what i could change to have that display correctly. What's odd is that in the admin area, it does show the image when the html code is added in the description - then it simply shows the html code in the store section of the links....
