benn1512 Posted March 2, 2009 Posted March 2, 2009 I am using a global quanity discount and a coupon in my online store. Each is set to 20% off the product that they purchase. The problem I am running into is the customer is getting double discounts when they use the coupon and order the quanity amount (12 or more) of my product. How can I disable the coupon when the customer orders 12 or more so they don't get 40% off? In the order total modules, I have the Global Quanity Discount set to disable if coupon is used, but that is not working. Help. Please. I am losing lots of money and I need it to stop.
