PayPal issues - wont except payment

Hi Everybody,

 

And thanks in advance.

 

I have had a online store running for about 5 months now and haven't had any issues until now.

 

My problem is once the client goes through the checkout and gets redirected to PayPal they get a error message.

 

"Unable to process payment. Please contact the merchant as the postal address provided by the merchant is invalid, and the merchant has requested that your order must be delivered to that address."

 

I have contacted PayPal but they say there is no problem at their end and the problem must be something to do with the website link.

 

Has anyone else had this issue and if so do you know how to resole it as I am loosing customers until I get it fixed.

 

I am using osCommerce v2.2 and the PayPal Website Payments Standard module
