Does anyone know of any open source rental extensions that are available, that i could use as a basis and customise for my own particular needs? This same question applies to joomla also, i found 'hire manager' extension for joomla, but its kinda pricey considering the demo shows functionality that will need extensive customizing. I would really appreciate any input on this subject, as I am trying to put something together for a friend on a shoestring budget and anything open source that can be built upon would be awesome. thanks for reading :)
