Guest
NOW I ask this! After uploading and configuring. The domain I'm working with on Plesk, on a dedicated server, has BOTH folders; httpdocs and httpsdocs. I have a certificate. I uploaded everything to the httpdocs folder. Is that decision gonna ruin my day soon? Or am I all right so far? Dan - On the coast of Maine
Guest
Someone? Please help. I'm afraid I'll waste a lot of time if I go further without this answer. Thank you! Dan
hodja451
I have to think that they both work, but if you uploaded to http without the s, your working pages will not be secure and the bar will not turn green. I have to guess this is how some websites have some secure pages and some not, but I can't imagine why they wouldn't want them all secure. Being as you are probably not walmart.com, I would think you're better off having every page in the s folder to make the bar green and give visitors confidence that you are serious.
