Admin Side Architecture Question Displaying Same Category Names - Different Product

Overview:

Client needs to use OS Interface EXCLUSIVELY to edit products I'm adding for them.

They posses NO EXISTING TECHNICAL ABILITY - beyond mouse click technique, and I want to make it easy for them to update.

Question:

I'm using V2.2 RC2 with STS

- where clicking STS from within the modules menu category - lists Default Template (V2.1.1) on the top right

Knowing their limited technical ability and wishing to help them by doing maintenance themselves, from The Admin Side- What is the best way to set up a menu system where:

1) Multiple categories will exist

2) Several of 1 above) will be contain IDENTICAL Category Names and [sometimes] sub-categories

3) AT EVERY LEVEL, the specific products will be different

One problem right now - after adding

categories -> sub categories -> products

Biggest problem right now - after just adding as normal - is duplicate category names displaying on page bosy - and on menu system left.

Thanks in advance.
