looking for contrib to select prod. attributes on product page in admin

Hi,

I like to select the product attributes on the products page in the admin.(admin/categories.php)

I need the following to select:

Option name | Prefix | Price | Sort Order

Does somebody know an existing contribution for this?

 

I tried some contribs, but no one was meeting my needs
