What should I do?

few years back, i was planning to sell some designer items online.

So I went and registered a domain name combined with a product.

i.e. pradajewleries.com

I've never used the domain to build an actual site or sell items.

Now this company has sent me a letter demanding that i should sign off the domain to them because it's their intellectual property.

consulate with solicitors/lawyers, I believe you have more rights, as you have registered the domain name before this company appeared...

Please read this line: Do you want to find all the answers to your questions? click here. As for contribution database it's located here!

8 people out of 10 don't bother to read installation manuals. I can recommend: if you can't read the installation manual, don't bother to install any contribution yourself.

Before installing contribution or editing/updating/deleting any files, do the full backup, it will save to you & everyone here on the forum time to fix your issues.

Any issues with oscommerce, I am here to help you.

Well, if Prada was around before you registered this name, and they sold jewelry, they could argue that you're a cybersquatter. If you want to fight them, you can try, but since you have no existing business history built around this domain, you may be out of luck. About the best you may be able to do is sell the name cheap to them, to recover your registration costs and maybe a little more. IANAL, so take this with as many grains of salt as you wish.
