installed new cart in order to upgrade - 'missing files'

My old cart was giving me these same error codes, so I was told to upgrade. I copied the old database and made a new one. Uploaded the new version of osCom and installed it ... everything seemed to be working ok for about 2 seconds ... and then I got this error code:

Any suggestions before I move to Magento and just start all over??? ;0(
