PayPal DirectPay Error

I have installed the plugin for Paypal processing from the PayPal website (without account being required in shooping cart version).

 

When I click on ADD TO CART I see this error:

 

Fatal error: Call to undefined function tep_paypal_wpp_enabled() in /home/gl0ba1/public_html/checkout/shopping_cart.php on line 23

 

I have the module configured this way:

 

Enable PayPal Direct: True

API Username: {from paypal}

API Password: {from paypal}

API Signature: {from paypal}

Transaction Server: Sandbox

Transaction Method: Sale

Payment Zone: -none-

Set Order Status: default

Sort order of display.: 0

cURL Program Location: /usr/bin/curl
