blr044 Posted February 18, 2009 Share Posted February 18, 2009 Today is the first time this has ever occured. At orders, I update the status of the customers order. Then after clicking the update button, I receive a blank page. Customer does receive his email of order status. But when I hit refresh browser window, then all is fine. Even have tried it a few times, and same thing happens. Even shut browser down and cleared cache, still the same. So am asking members if any clue why this is happening. Thanks. The two mod HTML Status Update Auto-emailer with product images and links and Package tracking Plus would not work as partners. So might leave post in tracking plus for any ideas.
