Guest
Hi All, Does anyone know how to get a logo with a link to show up in the automated newsletters please? I've typed up my test newsletter and put the html in at the top which should show my logo and if clicked will link to my site. This all looks ok and even works in the 'preview' function, however, when I get the newsletter through to my email it just shows the string of html at the top and not even the alt text. Any ideas? Cheers in advance guys and gals. Dan
jhande
Hey Dan, Do you receive it as a true HTML newsletter? In other words, is there any other HTML formatting such as bold text. If you are receiving an actual HTML formatted message, try placing a copy of your logo in the root folder and point to that. Or you can simply add this contribution - U HTML Emails 2.1 ;) - :: Jim :: - - My Toolbox ~ Adobe Web Bundle, XAMPP & WinMerge | Install ~ osC v2.3.3.4 -

I hadn't put any HTML into the body of the message, but having now tried the HTML is showing up rather than the formatting (I had the <b >**</ b> show up rather that the word in bold). I had already tried putting the image in the root folder and that didn't work either <_< I'll give the contribution a go and see if that fixes the issue. Thanks, Dan
