hi hana,

i am guessing that your first language is not english!?

ok no worries; your current problem is a little vague (un-definied) which is why perhpas no-one has replied?

i will have a go though this problem though! :)

it sounds like you have a customer that wants to login and change their order?

has this order been finalized eg paid for?

if not, then if they login to their account then their order should stilll be in the shopping cart.

if the order has been completed then (i guess) you would have to login the OSCommerce Database and manually update the DB table.

if you know SQL then this should not be an issue, just remember to back up your database.

if you dont know SQL then to be honest you will need to find someone that does as its probably not somthing you can pick in 5 minutes.

hope this helps

I read this as he wants to allow his customer to change an order that has not yet been despatched.

I do ot believe there are any contributions to do this.

change an order which has not been dispatched.

if the new order is less money:

setup cash on delivery (c.o.d), get them to do a new order on c.o.d - and then just refund them the difference.

if the new order is more money:

cancel the order, refund, and jus get them to re-purchase.

if you look at bigger companies, this is how they would do it, i doubt you could log in and change an existing order.

obviously if we are talking about digital products, then this could be different.
