nickn
I've recently finished the shopping cart connection between my webpage and Paypal. When I run dummy orders to test it the order will complete, money will be collected, but my website is not notified that the order is complete and there is no itemized email sent to me to complete the order. Instead I receive a message that items have been purchased but no description of what those items are. Also, the items purchased will remain in the shopping cart of the customers and no indication that the order is complete will be given to them. I'm not getting an error message, it just isn't working properly. Any ideas?
oscommerceexperts.co.uk
I had this problem years ago but then i installed held orders module which captures full order details at very initial stage and if i see payment but no order in system then i check held orders and it is always there.I only update it from held orders and it goes to main orders.I then dont have to call to customer or be worried about anything. Find in contributions"held orders" and there you go.It is one way but there may be better ways and highly competent programmers reply here and you may get better replies .just wait.
