Changed the PSD Files, Now how do I implement them?

I know! I shouldn't have started with a template to begin with, but I had to. Now designer has changed the placement of things like the language, currency, and shopping cart items. He has modified the psd files and now wants the site updated. My question is HOW? How do I go from the psd, to the new header being posted?
