Guest Posted February 17, 2009 Posted February 17, 2009 Hi, I really hope someone here can help me out. I am running OSC 2.2 with Epay (danish). When someone places an order I am not able to see the order in the admin section. I can type the order number and get to the order page. Then if I set the order to "pending" it all of a sudden appears in the admin. so the big question is WHY GOD WHY!!!??? and how do I fix this?
claus3113 Posted March 7, 2009 Posted March 7, 2009 I have had the same issue......but seem that is was a setup mistake from my part ..... please look at : http://www.epay.dk/support/module_oscommerce.asp for further details.......it is in the section about order status before and after payment......these are by default set to standard ,after i changed to what they suggested ,new orders show up fine Claus
